DAY 1- WELL CONTROL WORKSHOP

Day 1 – Well Control Workshop
The workshop brought together industry leaders and training providers to explore a wide range of topics, including incident data, industry innovations, managed pressure drilling, and the impact of human factors on well control. Keynote speaker Zdenek Sehnal opened the day, followed by insightful panel sessions and technical presentations from organisations such as Shell, Equinor, IOGP, Wild Well Control, and more.

Day 2 – Annual General Meeting
The AGM provided updates on IWCF’s strategic direction and recent achievements. Highlights included a guest presentation by Ron Leichsenring from the Dutch regulator SodM, a summary of key committee work, and an engaging Q&A session with IWCF leadership.
