Senior Project / Programmes Manager (Full time / Permanent)

Role Description

To organise and motivate the project teams ensuring effective resourcing and planning. Manage progress across all projects and identify risks to ensure customer satisfaction.

Role Summary

  • To define and manage Project Management standards, processes and procedures.
  • To identify, appoint and manage external contractors to deliver projects.
  • To ensure effective planning of projects to achieve the organisation’s vision.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Board projects and initiatives to implement the organisations
    project strategy
  • Formulate, organise and monitor interconnected projects
  • Coordinate cross project activities and resource
  • Define and implement project management standards, processes and procedures ensuring
    they are followed across the organization
  • Apply change, risk and resource management
  • Actively project manage approved projects delivering to time and budget
  • Manage and coach the Project Supervisor, developing their project management skills
  • Introduce project reporting protocols to track progress across multiple platforms and ensure
    delivery within time and budget
  • Design & implement processes for UAT, ensuring all issues are managed, tracked and resolved
  • Create a suite of project communications for all levels within the organisation
  • Maintain the project workbook, ensuring all projects are recorded and maintained
  • Prepare reports for company directors and senior management team reporting program status
    throughout its lifecycle
  • Identify, appoint and manage external project consultants in line with procurement processes
  • Oversee project data analysis including extracting data from Report Designer as required
  • Introduce formal project management approaches and design and deliver training as required
  • Manage budget planning for year ahead
  • Design and deliver project management training as required.

Head of Global Stakeholder Engagement (Full time / Maternity cover circa. 12 months)

Role Description

  • To effectively manage the implementation of IWCF’s communication strategy.
  • To deliver clear and consistent communication with IWCF stakeholders.

Role Summary

  • Responsible for all stakeholder engagement activities including PR, communications, business development and marketing activities globally. To increase membership and candidate numbers, promote new courses and improve IWCF’s brand recognition.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively promote IWCF ethical and integrity standards
  • Work with the Board and CEO to develop a global stakeholder engagement strategy aligned with IWCF’s strategic priorities. Lead the implementation of Board membership related projects and initiatives
  • Undertake stakeholder mapping to understand existing customer requirements
  • Undertake market research to develop strategies to increase global membership and respond to all membership enquires
  • Develop a PR and communications strategy and implementation plan to improve IWCF brand recognition and presence within existing and new markets
  • Lead a formal programme of external stakeholder engagement including publications, industry forums and conferences
  • Represent IWCF at conferences and industry forums, promoting IWCF by building key contacts through networking or presentations at key events
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement, business development, PR, communications and marketing and membership policies and procedures
  • Lead the development of IWCF’s existing social media channels and online presence
  • Work with the CEO, Head of Departments and Business Development Manager to develop the Business Development Growth strategy for new and existing products focused on improving market share and customer satisfaction. Manage the Media and Membership and Business development teams, ensuring all tasks are delivered to the required standards
  • Support the CEO with the development of pricing strategies
  • Work with other IWCF departments as required.

Finance Supervisor (Full time / Permanent)

Role Description

Working for a global membership organisation, the finance supervisor will have accounting knowledge and experience with the capability to undertake a wide range of tasks as part of a proactive team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The role will be on a permanent full-time basis (although flexible working arrangements will be considered) with the main responsibilities being:

  • Raise and issue POs
  • Match POs to supplier invoices and raise queries to resolve issues
  • Validate supplier service reports against internal records
  • Prepare supplier reports for the monthly customer invoicing run
  • Assist with the preparation of customer invoices
  • All aspect of purchase and supplier management, including the recording and storage or vendor contracts
  • Management of petty cash and company credit cards, including the system used to record credit card spends
  • Company benefits administration and the provision of BiK information for payroll
  • Account reconciliations, including maintaining back-up information
  • Processing overseas currency payments
  • Forecasting expense related items
  • Maintenance/improvements to the departmental process mapping.

The successful candidate should be capable of assisting with any of the department’s tasks including sales ledger, credit control, month end accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
