BDC, of the Bonassisa Group, was founded in 2007 following the acquisition from Bonassisa Sas (a leading company in the market since 1960 and partner of the majors Oil Companies), of the business unit operating in the sector of services to the oil industry. The operation allowed BDC to acquire the experience, organization, specialization and know-how of a company with a business that has been consolidated by years of collaborations, with the most important international oil companies.
This has also allowed the new company to maintain a leadership position in the market by strengthening the client base on the international scene as well; the Company today operates in Italy and North Africa and specifically Tunisia, Libya and Ethiopia.

• Work Over services;
• Water injection;
• Maintenance field services
Bonassisa’s main objective is to provide low environmental impact services especially in sensitive areas where the use of technological and digital innovation, combined with competence and reliability, are able to reduce costs, but at the same time provide high safety and environment standards.
