Application Instructions

This application form outlines the criteria for applying for an IWCF Quality Assured endorsement.

Before you begin, we recommend reading the Quality Assured Guidance. It contains key information to help you complete your application successfully. You can download the guidance document from the IWCF website.

How to Apply

1. Complete the application form:

Fill in all required fields with accurate information. All responses must be in English.

2. Upload supporting documents:

Attach all required evidence directly within the application form. Submission of this evidence is mandatory.

3. Review your application:

Ensure all mandatory fields are completed and all requested documents are included. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

4. Submit your application:

Submit the form using the online portal. If you experience any issues, you can email your application to assessmentdevelopment@iwcf.org.

5. Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been successfully submitted.

Training type and corresponding Quality Assured standards

The table below lists the types of training recognised by IWCF, along with the applicable Quality Assured standards. Use this table to ensure your application includes the necessary documentation for your training type.

Standard 1: Course design and development

The course aligns with the objectives and intended learning outcomes. It is well structured and provides a high-quality learning experience for all learners.
