Candidate Registration
- Training centres can register on your behalf, but you must sign a Candidate Personal Information Form provided by the centre.
- You are only required to register as a candidate once and can re-use the same CR number for all future course bookings.
- Once you have received your CR number – give this to your chosen training centre. To locate your nearest training centre, view our locations map. You can then contact your chosen training centre for more information regarding course bookings and associated costs.
- See our Candidate Registration Guide here for details.
Languages Available for IWCF Assessments
A diverse global candidate base
IWCF has a diverse global candidate base with a wide range of language needs.
We want our training programmes and assessments to be accessible to as many people as possible.
Offering assessments in multiple languages allows more candidates to complete an IWCF assessment in their native language, supporting our mission to improve competency worldwide.
Our 3-step language development process
To ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all translated content, IWCF uses a rigorous 3-step process:
Additional Quality Measures
- All linguists and reviewers follow the IWCF Question Bank Style Guide for consistent format and style.
- A dedicated glossary of terms is used to maintain terminology consistency across all translations.
- Candidates can provide translation feedback during their IWCF assessments or by emailing: translation@iwcf.org.
