About the Role:
We are seeking an organised and detail-orientated individual to join our dynamic team as a Compliance and Quality Assurance Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business with a supportive and collaborative work culture. As a Compliance and Quality Assurance Advisor, you will provide essential support to our Compliance team and the wider organisation.


Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management System (QMS): Maintenance of the company’s QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
  • Document Control: Prepare, and deliver quality documentation and services, ensuring compliance with established methodologies and procedures.
  • Data Processing: Enter, organise and structure data for review, ensuring it is accurate and accessible.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, minute-taking, and preparing monthly reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support the Continuous Improvement function, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of processes and services.
  • Health & Safety: Assist in maintaining and supporting IWCF’s Health and Safety protocols.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.

Candidates with previous administrative, quality assurance experience and/or strong document control experience are encouraged to apply.
