Accreditation for training centres is open to members only. You can apply for IWCF membership here.
Once your membership is approved, you will receive a username and password for the Members Only section of the IWCF website where you can download an accreditation application pack.
You will be asked to provide details of physical resources, staff resources, management systems and training materials as part of the accreditation process to ensure programmes can be delivered to IWCF standards. Please note that accreditation applications will take a minimum of 20 days to be reviewed and can take longer if further supporting evidence is required.
If an application is successful, the centre will be granted provisional approval which allows the centre to hold courses. An Invigilator and IWCF Auditor will attend the first examination to ensure best practice and verify the evidence provided. Once the audit is complete the centre will be granted either an Outright Accreditation, Accreditation with Actions or No Accreditation.
Following a successful accreditation, centres may apply for secondary or temporary status. Secondary centres are in a permanent location and will be subject to an audit. Temporary centres are only valid to run training courses and examinations for a period of up to 90 days and will not be subject to auditing.
