IWCF Certification Programmes are only conducted at training centres that have been accredited by IWCF.
-
Enquiries regarding availability and registration for programmes should
be addressed directly to the accredited training centres.

country to country and include, local administration charges,
Invigilation fees and test material return costs.
- Successful
candidates receive an IWCF certificate from the centre where they
successfully completed the programme.
-
IWCF does not allow the issue of duplicate or replacement certificates
in the event of loss. If a certificate is issued with incorrect
information, it must be returned to the original issuing centre for
correction (photocopies or electronic copies are not accepted.

IWCF will issue 'Letters of Confirmation' to candidates who have not
received or have lost their certificate. See
Certificate
Confirmation for details of this procedure.
-
The certificate is valid for two years from the
date of successful completion of the programme.
- There
is no period of grace when a certificate expires.

holder of an IWCF certificate may not re-sit the certification programme
at the same level within a period less than twelve months from the issue
date of their current certificate, without the express permission of the
Secretariat.

within two calendar months of the initial test date, otherwise they must
sit the complete programme again.
- Candidates
are allowed a maximum of two re-sits during the two-month re-sit period.
