In the event of loss or damage to a certificate the IWCF may issue a letter confirming Candidate Registration details in accordance with the Data Protection Rules listed below. Please note: IWCF does not issue copy certificates. 1. To an IWCF accredited centre a) IWCF will only confirm details of records held in the IWCF database in respect of candidates tested at that centre.
b) The information must be requested in writing (email, fax or letter)
and must specify the candidates full names, date of birth, and test date. 2. To an IWCF Member Company a) IWCF will only confirm whether the certification details held in the IWCF database match the details submitted by the employer in writing. No information will be given by telephone or any other electronic method. b) The IWCF member company must submit the following details in writing: -

To a Candidate, Employer (non-IWCF Member) or Embassy/Consular Office. a) The IWCF will only confirm whether the certification details held in the IWCF database match the details submitted by the Candidate, Employer or Consular Office in writing. No information will be given by telephone or any other electronic method.
b) The candidate must submit the following information in writing: - c) This information must be submitted on a QA-CL01 (Letter of Certification Application) form which may be mailed or faxed to the IWCF Secretariat at the address shown on the form, or emailed (in PDF format) to admin@iwcf.org. d) The IWCF will issue the information in the form of a certified letter delivered by international recorded delivery mail to the candidate’s address indicated on the form. e) A charge of GB Pounds 25.00 will be made for the delivery of the certified letter detailed in paragraph 3a with effect 1st November 2006. |
